After breakfast, our private transfer will take us on a 30-minute drive to the grey area, to Hike to the Grey viewpoint (2.5 hrs / 7 km, 4.4 mi). This scenic hike takes you through the stunning landscapes of Grey Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of Grey Lake and its floating icebergs. The trail is relatively easy and follows a well-marked path along the shoreline, passing through native lengas forests and windy open areas with panoramic vistas of the Paine Massif. As you walk, you'll witness the striking contrast between the deep blue ice of Grey Glacier and the surrounding rugged terrain. A highlight of the hike is reaching the viewpoint, where you can admire from a distance the immense Grey Glacier stretching into the horizon. The peaceful atmosphere and the possibility of seeing icebergs drifting in the lake make this a memorable experience. You'll return along the same trail.
Later our transfer will take us to Pudeto, where we will begin our first easy round-trip hike of the day. We will visit the Salto Grande Waterfall and enjoy the boardwalk in the area, which offers spectacular views of the lake as well as the Paine Grande and Cuernos mountains. We will continue along a gentle trail, passing through an open area where the effects of the 2005 national park fire can still be seen. This trail takes us along the black sand beach of Lake Nordenskjöld before reaching the top of the Cuernos Viewpoint. On the way back, we will enjoy a refreshing snack and a short break before our private transfer takes us to Laguna Azul for the sunset.
